Ingredients
- 1 tin of cooked black beans
- 1 large onion
- 3 cloves of garlic

- flat breads or tortillas
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon baharat
- ½ teaspoon salt
Steps
- Drain the tin of black beans.
- Peel the garlic and onion.
- Grind the black beans, garlic and onion using grinder size 2 or 3.
- Mix the ground black beans, garlic and onion with the spices and refrigerate to allow the mixture to bind.
- Fill the flatbreads or tortillas with the mixture and grill the arayes sandwich on a griddle or in a sandwich press until you can see the grill lines.
- Serve hot.
